  5. Salary • $54,774~68,392 • Region you live in • More experienced • Start:$22~28/ hour • Experienced: $30~40/ hour

  6. Schedule • Work nights and holidays • 40 hours/week • 5 days working 8 hours • 4 days working 10 hours

  7. Promotions • Move into management rolls • Unit manager • Head nurse • Once them • Director of nursing • Chief nurse
