To think about Which qualification do our students need in their future? • Better to concentrate on smaller things than to cover too much. • Your project should be part of the lessons. • The pupils exchange theoretical and practical skills. • Getting to know the persons you work with as well as the cultural, social, economical or political facts about the partner. • Be aware of cultural differences. • Make a schedule to follow. • Evaluate. • There are no limits – you set the limits yourself! • Most importantly – have fun!!!

Sofielundsskolan, Malmö • 425 students • Primary and secondary school • Students between 6-15 years old • Bilingual classes • It´s situated in the city • Social and economical vulnerable • area • Many students with Swedish as a • second language • But; in january 2011 is the entire school renovated, with nice classrooms, and with lot of computers, technical equipment and interactive white boards in every classroom – • Hi eTwinning – here we come!

Educationalgains • As many foreign colleagues as your teachers want to have • PDW:S • Exchanging ideas with colleagues all over Europe • The challenge of an enlarged place to work • You will get many new inputs • Make ICT a daily component and develop ICT-skills yourself • The need to establish new strategies in our schools • A development towards a focus on ”learning” instead of ”teaching” • Understanding of different cultures and getting a global perspective • Exciting!!!
