  2. Debt and Investment…. SmartTreasury’sDebt & Investment module is designed to accommodate any financial instrument, allowing users to create models/templates with associated formulas and corresponding characteristics that specify each type of instrument.

Debt and Investment –Sample of Supported Instruments • Bonds • Commercial Paper • Currency Swaps • Foreign Exchange Swaps • Forward Rate Agreements • Interest Rate Swaps • Letters of Credit • Loans • Outright Forwards • Repurchase Agreements • Spot Foreign Exchange • Stock • T-Bills • Certificates of Deposit

Debt and Investment – Model Creation SmartTreasuryhas amodel driven system that assists you in setting up various instruments. • For Example, users can: • Define Face amount • Choose various rates • Set up different parameters within a model • Approve & Activate the instruments • Run & Monitor all progressfrom the Status and Control dashboard.

  5. Debt and Investment Transactions…. • Can be transferred to the Cash Worksheets • Can be posted to the GL automatically. • Can be sent to the funds transfer module requesting payment • Can be sent to the reporting module

  6. Debt and Investment Administration…. • Certain aspects of the debt module can be locked, Allowing the administrator of the system to designate separation of adjustments. • Users can be granted access to maintain formulas, investment actions and security price. • Administrators can decide which groups can add, edit, approve, void and delete • Security can also be maintained at the account level.
