Be sure to ask your child what their favorite part of the trip was, and what they are looking forward to most about college!  Easter Party! 2nd Grade’s Easter Party will begin at 1:45 on Friday! The Easter Egg Hunt will be around 2:05. Please send 10-15 plastic eggs with your child to hunt by Thursday. Please do not send chocolate in the eggs. Fill out the Easter Party form in your child’s folder, and send it in by Wednesday if you would like to help with our party! Thank You! What Will I Be Learning? • Reading – • I can identify the structure of the story. • Math – • I can tell and write time from analog and digital clocks to the nearest five minutes, using a.m. and p.m. • Science/Social Studies – • I can identify the differences between rocks and minerals. • I can describe the 3 attributes of rocks. • Spelling – • I can recognize and read • irregularly spelled words. • Fluency – I can read with • accuracy.
