Toll Free Assignment Modernization – R&OThe Toll Free Assignment Rule • Prior rule • Tollfree numbers shall be made available on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise directed by the Commission. • Revised rule • Tollfree telephone numbers must be made available to Responsible Organizations and subscribers on an equitable basis.
