12. STEP 3 Sign the property contracts, Apply to the Ministry of Internal Affairs for a 5 years Greek residency permit, Obtain a 5 years Greek residency with a right of renewal. NB: Can apply and obtain a 5 years Greek residency permits for family members as well with the same right of renewal.
