  3. Welcome Page 1. Open a web browser (Chrome preferred) 2. Type in the IP Address of the VersaCall computer/server 3. Buttons – multiple buttons available – coinciding program is named below the button

  4. Welcome Page 4. Select Sign-In to login for all VersaCall programs one time. 5. Select the Support icon to submit a support ticket for assistance 6. Select the Help icon to visit our VersaCall Wikipedia page.

  5. VT3000 – Log In 1. Select VT3000 – VT3000 Core Software button 2. Log In with your User Name & Password • Default User Name = admin – Default Password = admin • Keep Me Signed In – remain logged in to VT3000 until the web browser is closed • Login – select once user name & password have been entered

  6. User Groups 1. Select Administration – select User Groups 2. Select the Administrators group – select Edit or select Add User Groups Administration 3. User Group Name – enter a name for the Group

  7. User Groups 1. Application – will list all installed VersaCall programs • 2. Each section of the software is reflected • Place a checkmark in the option you want to be allowed • Remove the checkmark from the option to deny that ability

  8. Users 1. Select Administration – select Users Users 2. Select an existing User – select Edit or select Add Administration 3. User Name – enter a name for the User – this will be used on the Login page

  9. Users 4. Full Name – enter the name of the user – this will show on the User List 5. Password – enter a password for the user – this will be used on the Login page. 6. E-Mail – enter the email address of the user – this is used when filling out a Service Ticket 7. Phone Number – enter a phone number for the User – this is used when filling out a Service Ticket 8. User Group – select a user group for this User. 9. Theme – select a theme for the User – Default is generally used

  10. Shifts/Schedules – Schedule Properties 1. Select Configuration – select Shifts/Schedules Shifts/Schedules Configuration 2. Select an existing Schedule – select Edit or select Add 3. Schedule Properties Schedule Name – enter a name for the schedule: Start of Day – enter the time of day that production begins Crossover – leave set to Auto Detect: Schedule Type – leave set to Standard

  11. Shifts/Schedules – Shifts/Shift Properties 1. Select Shifts from select menu 2. Select an existing Shift from shift list – select Edit or select Add 3. Schedule Properties Shift Name – enter a name for the shift: Use By Default – leave this selected

  12. Shifts/Schedules – Shifts/Shift Properties 1. Schedule Properties Start Time – select shift start time: End Time – select shift end time: Applies To – select box next to day of week this shift is used 2. Breaks – select Add Break link to add 3. Schedule Properties Start Time – select break start time: End Time – select break end time: Description – enter a name for the break

Practical Application • Home Page • Open a new web browser – type in IP Address of the VersaCall Computer • Did the VT3000 Welcome Page load? • VT3000 Login • Select VT3000 Core Software from Welcome Page • Login using the default user name and password • Did the VT3000 Core Software Home page load? • User Groups • Create a new User Group • Users • Create a new User • Assign the new User to the Group you just created • Log out then Login with the new User information • Were you able to log in? • Were you able to access Audio Files? • Shifts/Schedules • Create a new Schedule
