Bid Express Upgrade Lekshmy Sankar, CDOT, Contracts & Market Analysis Branch • Upgrade from Expedite to AASHTOWare Project Bids • Project Bids is available for download on the BidX website • The first bid letting with project bids will be March 31st. • This means that if you would like to bid, you must: download the new software, obtain a new Digital ID, and once the ID is approved - make a “Request to Bid.” • Please do this as soon as possible so that you will not experience any delays in bidding on and after March 31, 2016. • If you have any questions regarding this upgrade, please contact the Engineering Applications team at cdot_aashtoware_support@state.co.us.

Certified Payroll Changes: LCP Tracker Anna Mariotti, CDOT, Civil Rights Manager Anticipated Phases: • April-June 2016: • Implementation phase and CDOT staff training • July-August 2016: • Piloting program • September 2016: • Begin use for projects under $2 million • December 2016: • Begin use for projects between $2-$10 million • March 2017: • Used for all CDOT projects
