Clinical Excellence(Clinical Nurse Consultant Role) • Contribute to the strategic clinical direction of the Midland Region Mental Health & Addictions Network / District Health Boards • Lead and develop Mental Health Nursing to achieve the vision and meet objectives for the Midland Region Mental Health & Addictions Network / District Health Boards • Provide advice, guidance and assistance to Midland Region Mental Health Providers in the Provider Arm, Primary Health & NGO sectors

  7. Clinical Excellence To provide clinical excellence in: • Risk Assessment and Management • Early Intervention • High & Complex Needs • Reduction in Seclusion & Restraint • Ongoing Development of Rural Services • Youth Forensics • Co Existing disorders

  8. PRIMHD (Programme for the Integration of Mental Health Data) • 18 month project • Phase 3-5 NGOs • Working with Portfolio Managers to determine priorities • Set up meetings with services to start developing team profiles
