  5. EAT HEALTHILY The key to staying healthy has always been a good diet. Make sure that the diet you take is always balanced. Staying away from junk food may be quite difficult, but give it your best. Leaving such unhealthy practices will definitely start showing you the outcome on your body soon. Include milk, fruits, green vegetables and meat in your diet for the best possible results.
