What is Multiple Intelligence? • As a result from research, Howard Gardner defined intelligence as…the ability to solve problems or elaborate products that are valuable in one or more cultural contexts. • Humans are born with all 8, but some are more developed than others. • Intelligence is not fixed.

  3. Verbal/Linguistic (word smart) • If you have strong linguistic intelligence you might learn better by… • Reading, writing, listening, discussing • Memorizing • Playing word games (Scrabble, Anagrams, Password) • Making up rhymes, puns etc.
