  2. Sastāvdaļas / Integrients • Glāze dzērveņu, • 1litrs ūdens, • 180 g mannas, • 200 g cukura. • 1 glass cranberries, • 1 litre water, • 180 g semolina, • 200 g sugar.

  3. Dzērvenes pārlasa, noskalo un izspiež sulu. Ogu miziņas liek katlā, pārlej ar ūdeni, uzvāra un izkāš. Iegūto šķidrumu uzvāra. • Lēni pieber mannu un maisot vāra 5 minūtes, tad pieber cukuru un vēlreiz uzvāra. • Sort out the cranberries, rinse and squeeze the juice. Put the mashed berries in a saucepan and pour water over, bring to the boil and filter. • Bring the filtered liquid to the boil gradually adding semolina and boil while stirring for 5 minutes, then add sugar and bring to the boil once more.

  4. Biezputru maisot uzbriedina un atdzesē, pielej izspiesto dzērveņu sulu. • Masu ar mikseri puto, līdz tā kļūst gaiša, vijīga un viegla. • Uzpūteni pasniedz ar pienu. • Thicken the porridge while stirring and cool, add the squeezed cranberry juice. • Whisk the porridge with a mixer until light, elastic and airy. • Serve the dessert with milk.
