  2. At general • Wemade a mixedaccommodationcentre for family`s, uma`s, singles. • 100 beds, 20% uma`s, 30% singles, 50% family`s • In a middlesizedtown, about half an hour from a big city. Thenpeople have directaccessto dailyneeds and are not to far from specialneeds.

  3. Special needs • Wewantspecialaccommodationfor disabledpeople • Small medical clinic. With a nursewhocan screen and, if necessary, send people to a specialist or dentist or psycholigistetc.

  4. Privacy • Wefind it importantthateachroom has private toilet and bathroom. • People in ourcentrecanchoosewhatkindofaccomodationtheywant. Single room or double, or a family room. • Appartments for familys have theirownkitchen. • Everybodyneedsprivacy.

  5. Facilities • Internet facilities • Wifi • Outsideplayground for children • Nursery • Indoorrecreationroom (for creative and artisticactivities) • Room for maintenance and woodwork, bicycle shop • Television in everyroom
