Let's have a cozy Classic Masala Chai to enjoy by the fire Your morning will be revived and made brighter by a steaming mug of authentic Indian masala chai prepared with fresh ginger and fragrant spices. Spices are combined to create masala. The tea that is brewed with spices is known as masala chai. You can make Masala Chai by either freshly crushing the whole spices or using Chai Masala Powder when making tea. The distinctive flavor of masala chai results from the inclusion of spices. Chai is the equivalent of religion to many Indians. You must first have a nice cup of kadak chai to begin the day (strong tea). Ingredients: For basic tea- Tea valley Leaves- 4 to 5 tsp Milk- 1 cup Chai masala- 1 tsp Sugar- as per taste For flavoring tea with masala- Cardamom- 1-inch stick Green cardamoms- 4 Peppercorns- 16 Nutmeg- 0.25 tsp ( grated ) How to make a traditional masala chai? 1. Warm up around 1 13 cups of water in a pot on medium-high heat. (For two chai cups.) 2. While the water is heated, pound the spices in a mortar and pestle or a coffee/spice grinder, then let the mixture cool. 3. Put the mixture in an airtight container once it has cooled. 4. Tea Valley leaves and prepared powdered masala are added, and the water is brought to a boil for roughly a minute.

  2. 5. Stir well after adding the milk and sugar to the mixture. 6. Continue to boil the tea over a medium flame for a few minutes. 7. Now carefully pour into serving cups, savor the Classic Masala Tea flavor.
