Ingredients: Jaggery ( gud )- 3 to 4 tablespoons (grated) Tea Valley Leaves- 2 tablespoons Green cardamom- 4 (broken) Fennel seeds ( sauf )- 1 teaspoon Black peppercorns- half teaspoon Milk- Half cup Tea Valley Jaggery Tea recipe: 1. Fennel seeds, green cardamoms, and black peppercorns should all be placed in a mortar and pestle. Roughly crush the spices and then place them aside. 2. Add water to the boiling pan and warm it over a medium flame. After it begins to boil, add the crushed spices and Tea Valley leaves. 3. Reduce the flame or heat before adding a lid. For two to three minutes, simmer it. 4. Pour milk in by opening the lid. Please bring it to a boil over medium flame. 5. Let it simmer on a lower heat setting for two to three minutes. 6. Add the grated jaggery to the saucepan. A good blend is necessary. Simmer the mixture over a low flame or heat source. Turn off the heat at last.
