Today 20 % tech jobs in the market are held by women. Geetha Kannan Reshma Saujani- A Women With Higher Aspiration Initiated Girls Who Code, a non-profit organization working to empower women in tech. Reshma Saujani Debjani Ghosh, President, NASSCOMI The first women to be appointed as president of NASSCOM - a lobby group represents India’s $167 billion IT-BPM industry. Debjani Ghosh Ashni Dwarkadas- Co-founded Hackberry, A coding workshop for 5- to 15-year-olds that teaches coding through games and activities.
