  2. STEP 1: • Orientation programme to disseminate the redefined vision, mission and goals to the stake holders. • Time line: March 2013 • 70% teachers are given. • Parents’ session : 30th March

  3. Step 2: • Formation of 11 councils are in progress

  4. Step 3: Preparation of one year strategic plan by each council • Linguistic council’s & Academic Council’s plans are ready. • Other councils’ plans are in progress….

  5. Step 4: Implementation of ADEC recommendations SIP 1) Improve Assessment Practice and Outcomes: • i) Preparation of question pools (March 2013) • ii) Maintaining student’s portfolio • iii) Train the teachers in differentiated assessment.

  6. SIP 2) Improve teaching and Learning: • Focused training and subject based demonstration of the DI -classes. • Preparation of lesson plans accordingly. • Class observation & feedback. • Analysis of standardized tests & formulating remedial measures.

  7. SIP 3) Take necessary steps to improve the condition of the football pitch: • The work is in progress. It will finished by this week.

  8. SIP • Improve the ICT method of teaching: • Setting up of 5 more Audio Visual rooms. • Ten TVs with DVDs are provided into class rooms.

  9. SIP 5. Improve the effectiveness of leadership at all levels: • Continuous PD courses to improve the quality of education. • To measure the quality of teaching and to ensure that the teachers mark the progress of all students.

  10. SIP 6. Review and extend the curriculum Curriculum council’s proposals will be implemented.

  11. SIP 7)Constructing a large prayer hall with Islamic library facility: • To construct a new large prayer room

  13. SIP 10) Constructing a new Building to abolish the two-shift system: • Applied for land and building approval. • Building plan is submitted to the consultant.

  14. SIP 10) Special focus in KG to improve overall standard. • Provide more resources. • Professional training to adapt modern provisions of learning.
