A quick note The Instructions here can be used for point to point or multipoint meetings. For point to point, you do not need to set-up a meeting. Users can dial each other directly using the 3 to 6 digit ext for the polycom terminal they want to call.

Scheduling a Meeting When you finish scheduling the meeting, an email is sent to all participants and the email associated with the login account. Emails will be sent to all participants when any changes are made to the meeting.
Scheduling a Meeting Start time – uses a 24 hour clock Duration – is a good idea to schedule meeting a little longer than the anticipated meeting length to avoid a meeting being terminated during discussion.
The meeting number – which is included in the emails from the iCM about the meeting – can be used to call into the meeting.
Inviting participants Note – not all schools listed are active Select the site and then the + arrow to move them into selected participants
Setting an initial controller The controller can manage the meeting once it is in process. Selecting an initial controller saves you a step when the meeting starts.
Finishing Up Select finish when you have made all your meeting selections. You can always come back and edit it before the meeting starts (by selecting your upcoming meetings). Once you select finish an email will go out to the email associated with the locations in the iCM address book.
