  5. Appraisal • Exams: 50% • Mid-Term = 20% • Final = 20% • Lab = 10% • Projects: 50%

  6. Lab Tutorial • Provide hands-on exercises. • Subject matched with class’ assignment and project schedule. • Once a week, 2 hours each session. • Is mandatory for active participation in the learning process.

  7. Software Required • Eclipse v3.2 or later. • J2EE 1.3 or later. • Apache Tomcat v5.0 or later. • Web browser (IE v6.0 or Firefox v1.5 or later). • Oracle 10g.

  8. Expectation • Preparation, read text books. • Participation & involvement. • Information sharing, brain storming. • Discussions & contributions. • Public speaking. • Practice, practice, practice !

  9. Class Prohibited • Lateness • Class session: >30 mins, please don’t come. • Assignments: at the beginning of class session. • Projects: 8.00 AM on the due date. • Cell phone, text message, chatting, gaming during class sessions. • PLAGIARISM.
