By: Frederieke Vermeer, manager Florist Panel. • 16.00 hours. The path to success of the Dutch Florist Association. By Marco Maasse, general manager of VBW, Dutch Florist Ass. • 16.45 hours Strategic communications: key factor for success. By Wim de Kleuver, CEO of de Kleuver Marketing & Communications • 17.30 hours Question round and closure of the first day.
