  9. Scholarships! Bronco Scholarship Application Scholarship Deadlines Approaching! Please complete the Bronco Scholarship Application to be considered for various scholarships throughout campus. • New scholarships open on a weekly basis. Make sure you log in with your campus credentials (bronco name and password) periodically. • If you already started your application, be sure to finish it as soon as possible. A new application is required every year. • You must submit your General Application first, before you apply to scholarships offered by other departments/colleges. • Most scholarships will be awarded for the 2019-2020 academic year. Only a few will be awarded this 2018-2019 year. Sharonda Bishop is the Founder and Principal of Bishop Consulting, a Human Resource and Training company, serving the High Desert and cities throughout the Inland Empire. She is an innovative leader with experience in a variety of industries, including the hospitality, engineering and PEO fields. Sharonda Bishop Sharonda possesses over 20 years of human resources, payroll, and training experience, working with employees and managers on a one-to-one level, honing their communication, teamwork and leadership skills. Currently, Ms. Bishop is a lecturer at the Cal Poly’s College of the Extended University, training supervisors and managers on subjects including supervisory skills, talent acquisition and organizational behavior. Sharonda has certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and Professional in Human Resource - CA designee (PHR-CA).   A graduate of Cornell University, Sharonda has a bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, a master’s degree in Human Resource Design from Claremont University, and is currently a doctoral student at DePaul University.   An active member of her community, Sharonda is on the board of directors of Inland Valley Hope Partners and Professionals in Human Resources Inland Valley district, having served in Chair capacities in both organizations.
