  3. Organization • The steps in this tutorial are presented clearly with the use of screenshots and simple sentenced instructions • Example:

  4. Tone • It is presented in a formal matter by Microsoft. • Short and to the point and therefore held our interest.

  5. Difficulty of Tutorial • The directions are very easy to follow. • The tutorial covered all steps from beginning to end of the process. • All steps were presented in the correct order.

  6. How Did It Work • Our group effectively created a new user account in under two minutes. • The pictures significantly helped guide us. • The process worked great overall! • However, this tutorial assumes that the user is not working under the classic interface.

  7. Plans for Our Process Manual • Guide the reader with images • Use concise sentences • Present the steps in a list format • Exclude irrelevant information • Be short and to the point
