As-Is system and To-Be system • Differences • The as is system includes only what is currently within the company where as the to-be system is what Pro fitness hopes to become.
New changes The to be system hopes to include third party instructorsIt hopes to introduce new technology to make payments easier. Credit card processors, payroll, and management also are in the process of being added. The whole system will be improved.
Solutions this brings • Improving the system will aid Pro Fitness greatly • Why? 1. It allows Pro Fitness to make more money by making processes more simple. • 2. It allows Pro Fitness to keep track of its financial transactions easier. • 3. Pro Fitness now has the help of 3rd person instructors who can, perhaps, do jobs that Pro Fitness may have to do themselves. Also, Pro Fitness can make money off rental fees that would be charged to the instructors. • 4. Pro Fitness will be able to expand their company which could lead to greater earnings which will benefit the company in the long run.
Objectives + prospective solutions • The main objective of Pro Fitness is to be more competitive with other gyms. • Technology advancement is one way in which Pro Fitness will look to get better. • Pro Fitness is looking to become more organized as far as pay roll and technology goes. • With the help from a third party instructor, Pro Fitness can benefit from this because they will use their gym and Pro Fitness can make money off of this. • Financially, Pro Fitness will be able to do a lot more because they would have the funds to do so.
