First 100 days Families whose children have been diagnosed in the last 6 months may request a complimentary hard copy of the 100 Day Kit or the AS/HFA Tool Kit by calling 888-AUTISM2 (888-288-4762) and speaking with an Autism Response Team Coordinator. *Note: We are unable to ship kits internationally.   6. From the Trenches Be careful what you say we will “never” do. Never was the worst word for my mom to hear. I remember my mom always on the phone. I think she needed to talk to someone, a lot. I know I was a heavy kid, now I’m not saying fat, just heavy. It wasn’t until I was in my 20s that my doctor said something. Just ‘cause I have MR, don’t ignore my other stuff.
