2. Crime WHO was drastically impacted upon? • Richmond’s society during the 1900’s to 1930’s was widely known for its criminal nature. It greatly affected families, impacting on the safety of their children and putting a threat on their income and bank money. • Innocent young people and family's were being effected most. The streets and neighborhood was a danger hazard to them. Although robberies made by criminals on banks steeply damaged on the upper class’s wealth in the social hierarchy.

They were earning money with the increase of crime, more gambling means more money for the rich people. Poor Family's or poor people were impacted on by their gambling habits and greed for money.
