Underlying requirements for success of e-Learning • Management support (buy-in) • Sound IT infrastructure • Incentives for Educator
Integration strategies • Standards – allowing for individualism • Operational efficiency and flexible • Constituent services effectiveness
Define Emerging Technologies • It is often without a clear meaning or definition: • May or may not be new technologies • Experiences hype cycles • Satisfy the ‘not yet’ criteria of • Not yet fully understood; • Not yet fully researched (in a mature way); • Are potentially disruptive, but show potential
