Implementing tools and policies for quality work at institutional level Establishing common ground among the project partners: • Establishing project teams and preparing reports on current policies • Benchmarking the best practices and showcases in BY, UA and UZ • Organizing a workshop on policies and tools in QA

Implementing tools and policies for quality work at institutional level Study of European experiences in introduction of QA policies: • Study visits to EU partner institutions and report preparation • Developing proposals on introduction of quality policies • Training at EU partner institutions

Implementing tools and policies for quality work at institutional level Involving students in the quality process: • Establishing student teams at partner institutions • Student visits to EU partner institutions for exchange of experiences • Developing proposals on involvement of students in the partner countries

Implementing tools and policies for quality work at institutional level Developing QA policy documents at project partner institutions: • QA at bachelor and Master Level • QA at PhD level and research • Developing recommendations and guidelines on introduction of QA • Seminar on exchange of experiences

  14. Implementing tools and policies for quality work at institutional level Dissemination: • Dissemination through the web • Project launch events in Belarus, Ukraine and Uzbekistan • Events for various target groups with relevant materials • Final dissemination conferences
