Develop the management frameworks, process and processes for the new department. • Manage the transformation process towards setting up OOMC as customer service oriented organization • Provide leadership in the functional area of Corporate Identity & Branding.
Human Resources and Administration • Responsible for HR Policy formulation, setting and proposing HR policies to the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer. • Lead, plan, direct and manage the whole spectrum of HR functions consisting manpower planning, job evaluation, recruitment, training, staff and leadership development, remuneration and retention, industrial relations and administration to support the Company’s immediate and long term objectives. • Review and update the company’s Main HR/Personnel policies and procedures document (ERM) to provide competitiveness to the company’s business objectives and strategies within the regulatory framework.
