What Does the Epay System do? • Employees are able to: • view their current and past paychecks • Change their tax information (W-4) • Set up and change their direct deposit information • Suppress the print of their direct deposit/advice form
How Do I Access This Service: • These services are available through the University Portal website. The address to the portal is: • https://gate.acs.utah.edu • If you have any questions on logging in please call Netcom at 581-4000.
To login enter your uNID. This is your employee ID number with a u in place of the first zero.If this is your first time logging in your password will be your birth date in the format mmddyy or mmdd. More detailed instructions on logging in and passwords are also located on the portal page.
How To Access Payroll Information • After logging in select the Employee tab. • Select Payroll, Taxes and Salary. • Select View Paycheck. • W-4 Tax Information. • Or Direct Deposit Information, and Suppress printing of Direct deposit form.
Epay Notes • Due to Federal Regulations, Non-Resident Aliens are unable to change their tax information online. Instead they will be prompted to contact Tax Services in the Park Building Room 411, or call 581-5414. • If you have further questions please call Payroll Accounting at 581-3428.
Important Dates • The W-4, Direct Deposit, and Suppress Direct Deposit form print Epay systems are turned off during payroll processing. • Payroll Processing begins on the final day of the pay period at 5:00 PM. The final day of the pay period is on the 15th, and the last day of the month. • Payroll processing continues until paychecks are issued. Pay day is on the 7th, and the 22nd of each month. If either of these falls on a weekend pay day will be on Friday prior to these dates.
