Dave Berry has 10 years of Hyperscale and Telco Data Center experience. At PMC he drives collaboration with the architecture team, ODM suppliers, and Data Centers worldwide. Prior to PMC, Dave worked at BRCM and Sun Microsystems, where he drove the Telco Data Center system portfolio and initial industry Cloud initiatives such as Project Black Box – Container Computing and “Thumper,” the industry’s 1st “Compustor” 48 drive converged Server. Mr. Zhang and his team at PMC are responsible for Dell/DCS production definition, technology promotion and customer support in APJ. Mr. Zhang has multiple years’ experience with server design and data center customization solutions, and has a deep understanding of China internet customer requirements. Mr. Zhang Dong is responsible for business development of PMC’s datacenter solutions in China. Mr. Zhang is the author of About Storage I & II《大话存储I&II》regarded by many readers in China as one of the best reference books on storage and technology. Mr.Zhang has led or participated in various innovative storage system designs. Heng Liao has been a PMC Fellow since 2007. Prior to that, Dr. Liao was the chief architect of PMC’s Enterprise Storage Division, where he led the development of the company’s first RAID-on-Chip (RoC) device. He is one of PMC’s most prolific patent authors, with more than 25 patents granted or pending.
