  3. Whythistopic ? • Two reasons linked with my job : • Mayor and aldermen often ask to find solutions for le Havre and his attractiviness • Lifestyles are changing. • How town planning, urban planning and spatial planning take into consideration these evolutions ?

  4. My question for thisresearch Why LE HAVRE isn’t able to attract people fromothers régions and whyinhabitants go away ? My specific answer for this research Today people settle in a city , when they can find a quality of life which corresponds with their lifestyles

My research Method • A qualitative method to favorise a quality approch • with INHABITANTS • 20 interviews with inhabitants of LE HAVRE, to harvest their opinions about their city, and how develop a sustainable and desirable city • Newspapers articles in le Havre Libre : every day inhabitants talk about their area
