KNOCKOUTS CORRECTIVE ACTION Factory: Adjustments made to the Die balancing process Tab size was increased at CMX-D Containment 5/23/2013 Long term corrective action: Units ordered with NFD’s will have knockout panels only, as well as RC replacements.   10. 48TC 3-12.5 TON Humidi-Mizer® System Update UPDATE: Freeze protection thermostat wired in series with the solenoid valves and not the compressor(s), keeping the compressors running, causing the evaporator coil to freeze up and possible overcooling the space.   11. Humidi-Mizer® System Update Locate FPT sensor wiring. If necessary, move to the compressor contactor to allow the compressor(s) to shutdown to prevent coil freeze up and overcooling the space. SRT RTU-OPEN With Humidi-Mizer® System UPDATE 48/50 TC SIZE 04-14 FIOP RTU-OPEN with Humidi-Mizer The connection of the humidistat to the control board was a field required connection of the 2 pink wires provided in the control box (loose) • Humidistat will be wired to the RTU-OPEN board at J11, terminals 7 & 8 at the factory when both FIOP’s are installed • Factory wiring revision implementation - 8/28/2013 UTC Climate | Controls | Security Confidential and Proprietary Information Not for Further Distribution
