Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme • Established in 2009 by the Research Grants Council • Open to students around the world • 3-year period: US$ 2,600 monthly stipend; US$ 1,300 per year conference and research travel allowance • About 135 PhD fellowship will be awarded each academic year
