Five to Thrive 3 Steps to Global Collaboration • Initial approach • Clearspace 52T landing (global) • Link to SAC form directly (NO SAC CEC landing page) • 5 Clearspace Theatre subpage Communities (including discussion, blogs & content links) • Content hosted in Clearspace • Follow up • Theatre training/empowerment (clearspace) – Mariam, Shannon & Aeshna (team-effort) • Future state • Global launch from Clearspace • SAC (or alternative reporting) directly integrated w/ Clearspace • Content hosting on Clearspace 2 3
CSAC Reg Theatre-specific Web Strategy • Each theatre links to a theatre-specific 52T CEC page. • Pages will be maintained within the theatre. Global Page Global Page • Content housed on CEC theatre-specific page • User will be asked to register through CSAC prior to accessing theatre-specific content • Content is theatre-focused, all generic content will be on global landing page • Discussion forum will be housed on each CEC page; allowing for theatre to delegate theatre-specific moderator. Global Page Sample theatre page
Clearspace Theatre Community Features • Clearspace to be front-end • Documents hosted in Clearspace – still provide activity reporting • Dynamic discussion forum around content • Other features: polls, interactive community, blogs, discussions • Theatre-specific • Theatre training (training/partner w/ Aeshna); also get Camptasia license (for video how-to) • Promote Clearspace (beta test –w/ no ramifications)
Benefits to Clearspace Communications • Clearspace – allows theatre teams to locally admin polls, blogs, and other community communications • Communications real-time • RSS enabled directly (don’t need to administer manually, included) • Other issues – • Tracking content links (not on discord vs. discord) • User login – using sac (or other reg form), so we could use clearspace (as landing page)
