  2. Heat Reflective Paint There has been a revolution in the paint industry with the emergence of heat reflective paint, which improve buildings’ insulation properties in an eco-friendly way. These paints are generally available in light colours because they can reflect up to 80% of solar radiation.

Advantage of Heat Reflective Paint • Cool Walls The use of deep tone exteriors, although aesthetically appealing, adds absorbed heat to the building envelope and is contrary to basic principals of energy efficiency. • Cool Roofing Heat reflective coatings for metal and concrete roofing are installed at a fraction of the cost of re-roofing, are aesthetically pleasing and remain cool in the extremes of summer.
