Speaker’scommitteeadvisoryboard • Functions : • Aid the Speakers Committee by preparing a list of ATLAS members who should be given priority for ATLAS speaker assignments. • Provide oversight to the collaboration regarding both the guidelines used in speaker selection and the equitable distribution of talks among the members of the collaboration.

  3. Speaker’scommitteeadvisoryboard • Composition : • The Speakers Committee Co-Chairs • The Coordinators from each of the five activity areas: • Physics • Detector Operations • Trigger • Data Preparation • Computing • Six members of the ATLAS Collaboration, chosen to provide balance • to the committee and each serving a 2-year term. • The CB Chair (ex-officio) • The ATLAS Spokesperson (ex-officio)

The 6 members of ATLAS in the SCAB • - Hans Peter Beck (Bern) Chair * • - Kaushik De (Arlington UT) * • - Zhongliang Ren (Academica Sinica, Taipei) * • - Farid Ould-Saada (Oslo) • - Margherita Primavera (Lecce) • Hasko Stenzel (Giessen) Deputy Chair, becoming chair 1st march 2010 • *=will step down Nominations to be sent by 12th January (3 names)

  6. Deputy physics coordinator • Present physics coordinator : T. Le Compte, • Will be replaced by A. Nisati (present deputy) • Nominations to be sent until 11 January 2010
