    3. TOPICS OF DISCUSSION What exactly is Biotechnology? What is meant by Pharmaceuticals? As a high school student, what education do I need? What colleges should I look at? What are the companies that hire in these fields & what kind of jobs are there?

    4. WHAT IS BIOTECHNOLOGY? Multi-billion dollar industry Focuses on manipulation of organisms in fields such as: Biomedical research Agriculture Forensic science Food products Environment & Energy Genetics Vaccine development Food & Domestic Waste

    5. WHAT DO WE MEAN BY PHARMACEUTICALS? Pharmaceutical companies are devoted to developing medicines that allow patients to live longer, healthier & more productive lives! You can enter fields such as drug development, manufacture & distribution Pharmacy Disease reduction
