  1. My Tech Autobiography

  2. Early Experiences With Technology • My first experience with technology was a very old computer. I can’t remember what type it was I just know it was really slow and didn’t work that well. I can remember playing the game of life on the computer after school. But I think that was the only thing I did on the computer. • My first technological piece of equipment I think was a gameboy. It wasn’t the really old ones but still pretty old. My sister and I both had one. We would bring them in the car on long drives, and they kept us entertained for awhile. We both had a lot of the games to play so we didn’t get bored.

  3. The Most Technologically Literate Person I know • The most technologically literate person I know is Will Rudolph. Will works with computers, fixes and builds computers. He is also taking a computer networking class. In addition to all of this he plays all of the latest computer games. I have learned a lot from Will, he taught me how to add words to the dictionary in the Microsoft word program.

  4. Consequences of Technology • I do think there are certain consequences with technology because everyone is so dependent on it. My phone broke for like three days and I hated it. I was having withdrawals. I don’t think it’s that safe for everyone to be that dependent because then if something happens where people don’t have access to technology people won’t know what to do.

  5. What it will mean to Be Technologically Literate • I think that in the near future to be technology literate will mean that you will be able to use twitter and facebook and you will be able to text and use all the applications on the phone. People will know how to use all the software on their computers too.

  6. How I learn Technology • It takes me a little longer to learn new technologies, or software for computers. I can’t just pick it up right away. However, once I’ve learned it, I won’t forget it. • I think I am somewhere in the middle between an early adopter and a late adopter. I don’t have all the newest things right when they come out but I might get them eventually.

  7. On my desk • On my desk at home I have my computer, my digital camera, my phone, the printer and all the chargers for almost every electronic in the house. • I always have my phone and my iPod with me. • On my technological wish list is a laptop and a Wii, that’s it. I already have an iPod and phone and camera, and I don’t want any new ones. • To reach me I have a cell phone number and an email address and I have a facebook. What i have with me at all times.
