  3. Preface Flatland is my home of two dimensions. Let us assume that my readers have read the prequel of this book so I will not have to go into further explanation of my world. Since I’ve made this assumption, let us travel to the other dimensions.

  4. Chapter 1: Flatland Times have changed since the last time you’ve been in Flatland. There was a great battle with many loss of lives, we call this battle Female Overtake. The women revolted against the rules placed on them. They held many hostage, and killed many. They demanded only one thing: total control of Flatland. Because of this there is a new hierarchy. The women made friends with the irregulars when they were treated unfairly. Since they have taken power, they’ve turned the hierarchy completely around.

  6. Chapter 2: The Idea of Travel Because of the new hierarchy, many were unhappy in Flatland, I being one. One day, I decided to escape from Flatland. I knew it would be a very difficult journey, but I had my mind set on it. We in Flatland, knew of three other worlds: Point Land, Space Land, and Line Land. I knew better than to go to Line Land, unless point land wasn’t where I wanted to live, because lines are dangerous. I knew not to go to Space Land because everything was larger than I, and I was afraid. POINTLAND HERE I COME Line Land Space Land Point land

  7. Chapter 3: Visiting the Priest As the name describes, only Points are allowed in Point Land. I knew not how to become a Point, but I knew someone far wiser who would. I visited the High Priest of Flatland, for his ideas. I told him of my plans to visit Point Land, and my desire to become a Point. He told me it was all in my power, all I had to do was think my very hardest on what I wanted to accomplish. He told me this was possible, but he also warned me of many problems I could have in my travels. He told me that I would have to learn a new language for every place I traveled to. Going to Point Land, it would be necessary to learn Pointinese, a very hard task.

  10. Chapter 5: Getting to Point Land After becoming a Point, I had the task ahead of me to get to Point Land unnoticed, for if I was noticed, then the Lines would have me tortured. The Priest also knew of how to get to Point Land. He told me that I would need to go to the eastern most edge of Flatland and then close my eyes and jump. He told me my body would feel as if it was being torn in two, but not to worry, because I would get out of Flatland safely.

  11. Chapter 6: Adventures in Point Land Once I arrived in Point Land I was a little unsure of my self. Scared that the other points would not understand me, or that I would not look like a real point. However, after my visit to the first town in Point Land, I realized that I was completely wrong. The points could understand me, and I did look like a point, it was just so crowded! Every time I tried to move I would hit someone, and then they would yell at me, and the houses! As if someone could call those big dots houses! It’s amazing how people live here. I think some Points should move to Flatland, where life would be much easier for them, and they would not have to worry about hitting each other all day. And, besides, I think the lines would love them, another class to put in front of us poor hard working gentlemen.

  12. Chapter 7: Leaving Point Land After spending much time in Point Land, I realized that a Point life was not for me. It was just way to crowded! Anything would be better than hitting people each day! And also I discovered that in Point Land there is no social class! All points are equal! And women have the same rights as men! Just imagine that! It’s ridiculous. I found that out after bumping into a women, she expected an apology from me! I wad dumbfounded and she couldn’t understand why! So to leave Point Land I did the exact opposite of what I did to get to Point Land, I went west, and then crouched down to get back to Flatland! Once again, my body felt like it was being split in two, but I arrived safely back to Flatland. Ahem…hello sir is it going to take you long to apologize because I have a very important meeting in five minutes Excuse Me! Apologize? It was your fault and I most certainly will not apologize to a woman! *SLAP* Ouch! What on earth was that for? *BUMP*

  13. Chapter 8: Back in Flatland Once arriving back home, I went to the Priest to ask him if there was any other option for me, to get out of Flatland…Like becoming one of those Humans…

  14. Chapter 9: Talking to the Priest • Well, sir, since I'm not going to become a line, is there anyway I can become a matter of space? One of those Men? • Well, there is a way matter of fact. But it too has it's flaws. Once again, if you did not like Space Land, you would still have to live there forever. And I can not guarantee you any social status in Space. And, you also must realize that human beings are very dumb. They know nothing about Flat Land, and Point Land, when you go there you'd have to be completely human, no trace of Flatlandish at all. Are you still sure you want to be a human? • You make it sound terrible high priest, but I know enough information on Space Land that I know that everyone loves it, and there's a place called America that everyone used to flock to. Since Point Land and Line Land didn't work out, I'm sure that I could survive in Space. • Ok, well, I will talk to other priests and try to get someone available to you to teach you the ways of Earth. The language, the way they act, everything. Your lessons shall start immediately, and once I'm sure you're ready, I will take you to the Locos Room, which will not only make you a matter of space, but it will also transport you to a place called Fort Wayne, Indiana, to a Middle School. I think all the middle people go there, but I'm not quite sure. • Thank you, I'll be ready soon. • Two weeks later... • Ok Quinton, are you ready to go to the Locos Room? I think you are. • must mean that I am. • Follow me. • Here we are. Just go into that room, and you'll be human. • Thank you; I don't know how to repay you. • There's nothing to repay. I'll see you in another world. • Well, if you do that • Good-bye. Look for me in the next world.

  15. Chapter 10: Being A Human • Now in the human world, I am meeting new people. I was given the name Orlando, and I have gone into the occupation of acting. I was going to Fort Wayne, Indiana on my job. I had to go to meet my new agent. We were discussing a new movie script to see if I wanted to do the part. We were sitting there discussing over cappuccino, when a girl walked in. She was 14. I found her very beautiful, and I told my agent that she would be the perfect girl that was in the script. He agreed with me, and went up to speak with her. He found out her name was Ashton, and that she went to Panther Middle School The same building that I came to this world in. He bought her a cappuccino, and we discussed the script with her. She liked the story and agreed to do it with me. We went out to California to meet the movie director. He liked Ashton too! We ended up making the movie together. And I lived happily in my new world. Ashton Coffee Castle Coffee Castle My Agent ME!

  16. End of the Première of our first movie War of the dimensions Ashton, I have saved earth, and killed my foe, but my life cannot be complete without you, for you see Ashton I love You Orlando you fool I have loved you forever!!!
