Six month management report • Biannual progress report due • Management reports at Months 6, 12, 24 and 30 • Major reports at Months 18 and 36 • Chalex reponsible for production of report • Some input needed • Main reporting mechanism is through: • Minutes of meetings • Written & submitted by Chalex • Drafts distributed to members for comment • Six-monthly progress reports • Short update reports • WP leaders contribute summary reports to Chalex • WP members’ input to be decided by WP leaders • Drafts distributed to members for comment

  7. Status of consortium agreement • Content of agreement • Specifies terms of agreement for next three years • Document circulated by Chalex – extensive consultation • Based on model agreement for IPs/NoEs, but simplified • Deals with payment scheduling, resolution of disputes, etc. • Document signed • Three copies produced • Copy sent to EC, one kept at Chalex, one returned to members • Help yourself!

  8. Payment scheduling • Tiered payments • Full yearly advance to all public bodies • Six-monthly advances to all non-public bodies • Payments made • Money transferred in mid-March • Subsequent advance to non-public bodies due shortly • Advance for Months 7 – 12 • Subject to approval of steering committee
