How can we help them get there? Engage customers and team members- • Client Discussion • Have them assess current tools. What is missing that they need? • Ask why that is a need. Getting the explanation can lead to more ideas. • If they had access to other tools, how would they access it, where would they look for the tool? • Have them describe again exactly what their tool would do. • Team discussion • Invite system designers to Storyboard the discussion. • What is the timeline for the development of tools? • Would the tool integrate well with the existing system?
