Select: Missing Text Select Process or Process All Type the missing text in the box provided and click Complete the “Reason” will explain what the analyst is looking for Select: Dictation and Process or Process All 1. Complete Dictation in Normal Manner 2. Enter Dictation Job ID for Tracking (optional) Click: Complete

  5. Viewing Prior Charts Choose Patient from patient list and select Prior Chart Link Select Medical Record Number (MRN) or Encounter Number Click on Clinical Tab View Documents by Selecting from Document Tree
