CNHC - background • 2007- Federal Working Group, chaired by Professor Dame Joan Higgins - produced a report on the future of how a federal regulatory body might look • 2007 December: 9 lay members appointed, through an application and interview process, to CNHC’s Federal Regulatory Council 3.180708
