Proposal for Creamed II architecture: - The public of Creamed II will be restricted to more easily touch hosted business - To adapt to the requirements of contribution to the objectives of the programme. - It follows from Creamed that some nurseries have been more responsive and involved than others. - To place first these nurseries will increase the production capacity and ensure high quality of service to start-ups.
