  3. Mobile careers - Are they now the norm? Certainly for Pharma R&D in the UK. People often define limits on career changes that don't really exist (but are generally perceived to be true) - the right person in the right place at the right time can break these 'rules'. Some changes might not be chosen, but good stuff can come from unexpected sources. Being proactive is likely to be the only way to have any control over what happens to you - networking being part of this. Requires a change in your relationship with employers?
