  42. CB—消息块 Last Block 0:下一块含SMSCB信息 1：余下块不含SMSCB信息 Link Protocol Discriminator 必须取值“01”

  43. CB—调度消息 一条调度消息包含四个块：first schedule block, second block, third block, fourth block 不足88字节用十六进制“2B”填充在消息末尾 取值“1”此message slot包含SMSCB page为“new”
