Library Services for you • Resources: books, journals, media, special collections • Campus libraries: spaces for learning and research with technology • LibrarySearch: organised and searchable online resources (e-books and e-journals) • Inter library loan and scanning services • Specialist Library staff support and advice

  3. Applying for your library account • Complete online application form (when you are registered and have your Staff ID number) http://www.canterbury.ac.uk/library/index.asp • A library card will be created and can be posted to you, or we can activate your CCCU Smartcard (if you have one) to be your library card • You can use this at all the campus libraries

  4. Visiting other libraries • Make the most of other libraries that may be more local to you • SCONUL Access – apply for membership to borrow books from other UK HE libraries Institute of Education

Supporting your teaching • Contact your Faculty Liaison Librarian (FLL) about ordering books for the library • Submit a request form if you would like book chapters/journal articles scanned for CLIC Learn • Your FLL can organise tours / orientations / activities /workshops / lectures etc. for your students on a variety of topics
