Create a Template by Modifying Slide Masters • After a slide master has been designed and customized, it can be: • Saved as a template • Applied to any presentation that you create

Share Files with Other Users • Different users can share and modify PowerPoint files by: • importing Word outlines • exporting PowerPoint slides to Word • saving a PowerPoint presentation for viewing on the Web
Text in bulleted lists in a PowerPoint presentation Based on an outline Bullets are assigned to varying outline levels Microsoft Word outlines using Word paragraph stylescan be imported into a PowerPoint presentation. Share Files with Other Users
When the outline is imported, text is converted into slide titles and bullet levels based on the styles in the Word outline text formatted with the Heading 1 style is converted to a slide title text formatted with a Heading 2 or Heading 3 style is converted to bullet points Share Files with Other Users
