  2. Question #1 First thoughts were that Linda is a wimp, is that correct or not correct? Question #2 How does will see himself in Linda’s eyes, and vice versa? Question #3 Linda defends her sons when willy belittles them, how does this define her character?

  4. Answer #1 Bottom line Linda is not a wimp, for example:-when confronted by her husband she is stern and not submissiveinstead she softens the tensity of the conflict and finds a resolution.

  5. Answer #2 Linda sees willy as a hard working man, who is going through a troubling time, for example-”you just can’t come see me because I love him”-this shows that Linda is loving towards her husband.

  6. Answer #3 Towards her sons Linda is defensive. Examples of this are:-When Willy is bi-littling his son Biff, Linda rebuttals him by denying any accusations.

  7. Answer #4 The characterization of Linda is:-A strong woman-caring to her family-over protectiveEx.: -”take an opinion, should I get you an opinion? It’ll soothe you” -”you’ll just have to take a rest, willy. You can’t continue this way”
