  3. There are lots of colours and photo layouts. • Just go to “SLIDE LAYOUTS”to see the variety available.

  4. BANNERS ARE FORMATTEDTO BE ALL UPPERCASE. • TO CHANGE to lowercase GO TO FORMAT > CHANGE CASE, ORGO TO FORMAT> FONT for options.

  5. You can save your final banner as an image. • GO TO save as > jpg orpng

  6. This font should be avenir. • If you do not have avenir installed, you can request it from MARCOMM.ARIAL is THE ONLY suitable replacement.

  8. HERE IS A PHOTO with a light background. • Use darker text.

  9. Always ensure text is legible. • Don’t be afraid to nudge text, if necessary.

  13. TO scale photos without distorting them,Hold shift. • Hold shift, then click and drag on the photo corners to scale/crop photos in proportion.

  14. SAY MORE, WITH LESS.
